  • Bob and Willie were a husband and wife bowling team that was extremely active (10 leagues a week) from 1955 to 1980 when Bob King died at the Ames Bowl directly after rolling a perfect game. Known, respected and possibly feared throughout many local lanes, Bob and Willie played hard and fast...made every bet, smoked every cigarette and drank every beer.  A simpler time.
